  I had a similar experience and from my experience, this usually happens either due to the way you grew up OR you have a fear of rejection OR you have anxiety OR you think you're not good enough for a lady. Your case may be different. I can assure you that this doesn't go away overnight but you can get over it in 1 - 3 months. Are you comfortable when chatting with a girl or not?
