  I had a similar experience and from my experience, this usually happens either due to the way you grew up OR you have a fear of rejection OR you have anxiety OR you think you're not good enough for a lady. Your case may be different. I can assure you that this doesn't go away overnight but you can get over it in 1 - 3 months. Are you comfortable when chatting with a girl or not? If you are comfortable, you can start by sending more voice notes, trying to have a longer voice call time, and then video call. What you should know is that not every lady will find you a great guy and you can expect some rejections but that doesn't mean SHIT because it's their loss anyways. When talking to a lady in person, try as much as possible to hug her at first sight and make eye contact (you can wear a sunshade) as much as you can but not in a weird way, this will establish comfort for you to say anything you want to say. Smile more and say whatever you want to say progressively. Chances are your first try will be awkward unless the girl likes you.
